My Thoughts

Since becoming a mother, I’ve thought deeply about the future of children.
“To eat is to live.”
From an early age, children can develop lifelong skills in making thoughtful food choices through exposure to good nutrition.
Beyond nutrition, I also focus on building self-esteem through food and cooking. When children say, “I did it!” or “I can do it too!”, those small successes grow into confidence that supports their healthy development in both mind and body. That confidence carries over into sports, study, daily life, and their future.
Throughout life—whether in moments of joy or difficulty—mealtimes are always part of our everyday lives. I want to help children build a lifelong foundation: a mind and body that can find happiness and comfort in those everyday moments around the table.
Just as important is the warmth within the family. A parent’s smile brings warmth and light to the family table.
To support busy mums, I teach Raw Desserts (no-bake plant-based sweets and desserts)— beautiful, nourishing treats that express care and love.
By learning to make Raw Desserts that are as kind to the body as they are to the eye, I want mothers to rediscover joy through food. With easy, love-filled desserts ready in the freezer, I hope they hear, “Mum, you’re amazing!” and feel proud and appreciated.
These Raw Desserts often spark conversation:
“You can make this with those ingredients?” “You don’t bake it?” “Why is it so sweet?”
Through that curiosity, children can begin to discover the fun and importance of healthy eating.
With this spirit, I share:
“Fun Food Education for Children” and “Joyful Food Learning for Adults.”

About Raw Desserts
In Japan, I hold workshops on Raw Desserts and healthy snack alternatives.
What are Raw Desserts?
They’re truly astonishing!
- Beautiful inside and out
- Simple and oven-free
- Can be stored in the freezer for up to three weeks
- Completely additive-free
They contain no eggs, dairy, wheat flour, or refined sugar.
“Raw” refers to food that is uncooked and made using natural ingredients to retain their nutrients and freshness. These no-bake, plant-based desserts use natural ingredients that nourish the body while delighting the senses.
The main ingredients include fresh or dried fruits full of sunlight and nuts soaked to release their natural goodness. Because they’re not heated, they preserve pure, unoxidised oils and nutrients.
No oven required — just a blender or food processor! It’s a hands-on, creative experience that feels almost like sculpting.
Raw Desserts offer a new dimension of nutrition — delicious, mindful alternatives to conventional sweets.
For children’s lessons, nut-free recipes are also available. From April 2025, walnuts will become a mandatory allergen label item, so as a Kids’ Food Education Trainer, I teach children to make thoughtful, balanced choices.
By helping mothers find joy in mindful cooking, I hope children will naturally expand their food choices and learn to eat with awareness and curiosity.
